Reports Get New Look - July 1, 2006
We’re giving the OptiGen test REPORT a NEW LOOK and we think you’ll be pleased.
Beginning July 1, 2006, ALL test reports – in a new, more formalized style printed on OptiGen stationery – will be mailed to all owners world-wide as soon as the test is completed. These reports will be issued for all results, whether Normal/Clear, Carrier or Affected, including for pups tested at the litter rate. The new format will replace the old report as well as the old certificate.
We’ll continue our rapid reporting. If an owner requests, OptiGen will also send a preliminary report by email or fax, and then mail the new style report as well.
Just recently, we surveyed 250 owners who received the original OptiGen Certificate of

Eliminates extra certificate fee for litter rate tests.
Provides a report format that can be easily included on a web page.
